Western Kansas Talking Books is a division of the Kansas State Library Talking Book Program in Emporia, Kansas.

Although the Talking Book Program is restricted to those who are visually impaired, physically handicapped, or reading disabled, library patrons not meeting these qualifications may find that audio books will answer their reading needs. The Kansas Library Catalog lists books that are available in a taped format.  Please direct comments to: tbook@ruraltel.net
